Aaron Willis - executive Chef

Aaron Willis (no relation to Bruce) loves to cook, starting at the age of 14 on St.John at the Lobster Hut. He ran The Fish Trap since 1991, working as the head chef.  St. John was devastated by hurricane Irma September of 2017 and Arron relocated his family to Brooksville.  We are so happy he is now part of The Bistro family.

Aaron went to the CIA (Culinary Institute of America), which gave him the knowledge of culinary science. Aaron spent 5 years in the San Francisco Bay area prior to opening The Fish Trap, where he worked for the California Café Restaurant, opening 7 restaurants as a sous chef.



Jordan Reeves -SOUS Chef

Jordan's restaurant experience before Mom bought one was strictly that of a customer.  After graduating from University of West Florida he returned home to help his mom get her business off the ground.   Jordan has excelled over the past few years learning every aspect of  the operation.  Jordan has created some great dishes and we're sure there are more to come.


Stephanie Picheta - SOUS Chef

Stephanie has been with us since the beginning.  Stephanie's passion for cooking and enthusiasm to learn and grow in her career have made Stephanie an outstanding and versatile cook creating everything from deserts to dinner entrees and everything in between.
